About me
Hello, I’m so glad you’re here.
I created my own business back in 2013, after several years of working independently as a sole trader. Over the years, my work has grown almost entirely through word of mouth: something that means a great deal to me, because it reflects the trust and that I’ve built along the way.
What I Bring
For two decades, I’ve partnered with boards and senior leadership teams as an HR and Transformation Leader, helping organisations navigate meaningful structural and cultural change.
I am also a Leadership and Team Coach. My approach is grounded in building trusted, supportive relationships. I’m known for asking the questions others might avoid, the ones that often unlock real clarity and progress.
What Matters to Me
I’m passionate about helping others grow, both professionally and personally. I volunteer with Careers Springboard, supporting people to find fulfilling work. And as an England Athletics Coach in Running Fitness (CIRF), I lead classes and coach individuals in middle‑ and long‑distance running — something that combines my love of sport and my belief in the power of encouragement.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll most likely find me outdoors. We have created a wildlife garden and pond at home, and we spend a lot of time bird watching and walking.
Sport is a huge part of who I am. I’ve run ten marathons (and plenty of half‑marathons and 10Ks), even competing at age‑group level in the past. These days, I’m a regular HYROX competitor and love the challenge of improving on my last performance.
Professional Foundations
I am a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and hold the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. These qualifications support my practice, but it’s the human connection — the conversations, the breakthroughs, the shared successes — that truly inspire me.
