I provide 1:1 coaching either online or face to face offering a range of packages.
Each client and their circumstances are different and as such I do not follow one approach or philosophy rather, I prefer to draw on a range of tools and techniques to suit the individual’s needs.
Coaching sessions may involve us working on uncovering limiting beliefs or blockers; reframing those in support of the your aspirations and goals. We may work on developing practical strategies to overcome obstacles or take a step back and identify areas in your way of working to address. The sessions may simply be a time for you to think and explore thoughts and are an opportunity for the you to discover more about themselves.

My expertise is underpinned by a solid career in all aspects of Human Resources Management and Strategy and can offer support as a Senior HR practitioner in handling complex or sensitive grievance cases and as a seasoned pair of hands when needed.

If you are new to running or have a particular goal in mind I can help structure a training plan. I have worked with runners who just want the motivation to run regularly through to those running ultras and marathons.
